This wine was whole bunch pressed immediately upon harvest and gently squeezed to extract only the best quality juice and to minimize colour absorption from the skins. Aromas of peach, pear, guava, and loquat combine with notes of apricot, lemon citrus and meringue with undertones of nougat and green nuts. The palate is fresh, clean, and dry with fresh acidity and a lovely apple and mineral texture and a long juicy finish.
